Why my account got auto suspended?

    Hi Lola! 

    The reason your account is suspended is due to your PDF Form collecting Login Information, this goes against our Terms Of Use

    In order to reactivate your account, we will need to delete the guilty fields. You will need to agree with the terms before the account is reactivated.

    Thank you for your answer. Sorry I forgot to take the password out.. I like Jotform a lot, so if you could delete the guilty fields, that would be really nice. Thanks in advance!!

    Hello Lola - I know that phishing is not your intention since username and password for VPN/shadowsocks/proxy/ are needed. However, collecting usernames and passwords in Jotform is not allowed. You can change this to something like Access code or Access key to avoid being flag by our phishing detector.

    Anyway, I deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account.
