help....my account is disabled

    I'm not sure what is going on. I am a volunteer with a non profit and our account is disabled. I guess our credit card that you had on file was expired so we were unable to autorenew. I just figured that out today and I went in a paid with our current credit. It went though and I received an email with the confirmation and receipt but it still says that our account is disabled and every time someone tries to use a form it says form not found. We are in the middle of putting together our holiday wish list for our children and we really need this to be up and running. What else do I need to do? Our account is FriendsOfChildren and the email associated with the account is
