Suspended Account

Hello, 

I am unable to login to my account and it says that the account is suspended. Can you please let me login?

Your forms and account were suspended because you were collecting sensitive information, such as Social Security Numbers and Driver's Licenses without proper widgets, which violates our Terms of Use. 

In order to collect such data, the following condition must be met:

E-signature and Terms and Conditions widgets must be present on the form.

I have added both widgets to each form and unsuspended the account. Please optimize the Short Scrollable Terms widget to contain the agreement information and the handling of sensitive information notice. Thank you!
