i have a form that I have brought in pre-filled information. For whatever reason the form is not allowing me to get to page 2. If I fill the 2nd form from scratch it works fine, but it wont work if I pre-fill the information via URL.

Apologies for the inconveniences this caused.
I can replicate the issue on your form and a cloned form too. I'm able to get it working after deleting the conditions; however, the problem persists if I add the conditions again.
I will need some time to further investigate this and find what exactly causes the issue, I will continue testing on my end and will get back to you as soon as possible.

thank you. Its kinda weird. If I didn't pass the information from the previous form and just manually enter it works fine.

For whatever reason, the form seems to be functional again.

I am glad the form is working again. I used the link you provided to test the pre-populated form and I am able to click Save Page/Next button to access the 2nd page. Please let us know if you experience any issues with your form again and we would be glad to help!
