Finding a specific Jotform

Hi JotForm,

I've been trying to track down a specific JotForm that was created by someone in our org. I have access to a few shared accounts, but I cannot seem to find the form amongst those accounts.

The url is https://www.jotform.com/edit/4464617009428731504. The results go to an email address that it no longer in use and I've been asked to have it updated.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the form link to anyone that is not showing any affiliation to the form owner due to our privacy policy. 

However, you mentioned that you have accessed to a few shared accounts in your organization, can you try to log in on those shared accounts to request for the form link? In that way, we can prove your association to the form owner's account or organization.
