    Hello, can you please try using this DOCTYPE Script at the top of your page source to see if this helps -

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd">

    Please let us know if you are still having issues.

    Note: You may need to ensure it is used without spacing - http://pastebin.com/JKvZdGTD

    I tried the above DOCTYPE on an index2.html page. Interesting thing yesterday I got no reaction clicking on the link, but today I get a box to open with no content. This happens for both the index.html (Original DOCTYPE) and the index2.html (Suggested doc type from above).

    @truebloog

    Thanks for reporting.

    We'd suggest to keep using the DOCTYPE declaration since lightbox form needs it in order to work properly on IE browsers.

    By the way, regarding on the form not displaying your IE browser (it works fine on any other browser), we have that trending issue today and our dev team has been informed about it for a quick resolution. We will inform you right away once it's fixed.

    Our apologies for the inconveniences caused.
