Finding a specific Jotform

I have an open ticket at this URL https://www.jotform.com/answers/2012252-Finding-a-specific-Jotform, I was asked to submit a ticket via a shared account to prove my connection to our Org. Please reply to the thread in the link above, as I will not see responses to this thread.

Original request: I've been trying to track down a specific JotForm that was created by someone in our org. I have access to a few shared accounts, but I cannot seem to find the form amongst those accounts.

The url is https://www.jotform.com/edit/4464617009428731504. The results go to an email address that it no longer in use and I've been asked to have it updated.

As checked, the form associated with the said submission is https://form.jotform.com/83435270160147 which is located in the account username: agentfinance

Should you want to edit the form, please log in to the said account. In case the password has been forgotten, you can always reset it using this guide on How-to-reset-the-password.
