I have lost access to 4 forms that were created while not logged in my account.

Hello, I created 4 forms and have lost access to all of them. I am not sure what "account" or UserID they were created under, I thought it had been under my account but I realized I was not logged in when creating the forms and now I have lost all administrative access to them. 

How can I add them to the account I have now?

I only will need access to 2 of the 4 forms as I rebuilt 2 of them into my account before sending out links for responses. Here are the ones I would like transferred to my account.

Those forms belong to the account username "UACON". Please note that the transfer request needs to come from the account that owns the forms. Please do the following:

1) Log in to "UACON" to open a new forum thread to make the forms transfer request.

2) Make sure to specify which forms will be transferred.

3) Specify the username of the account that will receive the forms.
