Hello, I need help in terms to remove my credit card account on Jotform account. I am unable to do so from the Billing Page. When I clicked the button “Change credit card”, nothing happened.
I am no longer involved in the project that I should be doing with the account. Therefore I will need to remove my credit card details from that account.

I can see that a payment is linked to this account. Did you receive the below popup when you clicked on Change Credit card?
I just tested this from your account and was able to see this option.
If you did not receive this page, please log out from your JotForm account, clear your browser cache, login again and then try changing the details.
Do let us know the udpate.
