My follower's are having trouble uploading their photos to my form. I'm not sure if it's their errors, or if something is wrong with my Bluebonnet Sightings Report form.
At first I didn't realize there was a default max file size of 10mb so yesterday I increased it to 50mb.
Someone was trying to upload a video but it didn't come through. And another person was trying to upload a photo and it didn't come through.
I could understand the video maybe being too big, but a photo?

I can currently see that there are some photo's that came through on alot of your submissions. I only see 1 submission for yesterday that came in.
It is also noted that the photo and video attachment is set to not required so if the photo fails to attach, timesout, or doesn't upload from the user's end for whatever reason that would cause them not to come through. So it might be a good idea to turn this the Required to " On " to help with this. This may have also been due to the photo or video filetype not being specified or allowed.

You can see that a lot of photos have come through because I deleted all the ones that did not come through after I printed their PDFs. So what you're seeing is not representative of the trouble I'm having.
I agree about making the photo submission required. I will change that now.
My most recent submissions have not come attached with photos or videos. One from yesterday and the other from the day before.
I have had a lot of followers compain that the website won't let them upload their photos.

When someone click on a form submit it is starting to upload the files, and showing a Thank You page upon submission. Did you get any reports from your users about errors/warnings? Is this showing the form Thank You page for them?
