We have a form that we send to RE Agents to submit their showing feedback. I went in and added a field to the form. The information is there when we fill out the form but when we receive the form back via email, the fields are not there.

this is the form. I even looked at some of the comments people were making and changed it to www instead of form, still not working. Cleared my cookies and such as well. Please help!

I have tested your form but was not able to reproduce the same issue. Below you can see the email message I got by filling up the form.

Since your question fields are not set to be required, user can submit the form without answering the question and you will get an email message like below.

I would suggest turning the question field into a required field to avoid receiving empty submissions.

Can you also please provide us the submission ID/screenshot of the email message wherein you fill up the form and receive an empty message?

here is the way it should be....

you can fill it out just fine and include the name field.. but when it comes to me, it is missing the name field info which should be the first field. we have it as a required field too.

The "Agent Name" field at the top of the form is what i added. it is in the form if you email it, but when i get it returned, it is still missing. hopefully i am explaining this to you correctly. :)

We do not update the modified email templates.

Your email alert template was not updated with the changes you made to the form. Now you can either add the {agentName} tag manually or re-create the email template.

If you create a new email notification, all the form fields will be included.

Please let us know if something is not clear. We will be happy to help.
