My account is suspended?

    Hi guys,


    can you please let me know why my account is suspended. I’m presuming it’s because of the financial column in one of my forms. This form is only a template and is not being used by me, so I will remove and adjust.


    can you please reinstate the account or let me know ASAP thanks

    Hello Shane,

    Yes, it's the "THE TRIBE NAP" form that has a card field in plain text fields. We do not allow such type of form as it is against our Terms of Use (https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use).

    If you want to collect payments, we recommend integrating your form to one of our payment gateways. If charge later is required, you have to enable payment authorization (https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization).

    I have reactivated your account, but I have deleted the same fields. Please refrain from adding the same fields again to avoid suspension.
