Hi,
I created a form a couple of weeks ago and sent it out for business purposes. I still have access to the questionnaire and to the google form bind to the questionnaire. However, i can't edit or even find the questionnaire when i log in my account.
I attached a couple of screenshots and the link to the questionnaire.

In order to fix it, you should verify your e-mail address.
When you login to your JotForm account, a pop up window will appear, which will let you verify your e-mail.
Please verify your e-mail address and test again.

Hi,
Never had a pop-up window to verify my email address when logging in. I also just checked in the settings but there doesn't seem to be anything to verify my email address -

Okay. I have sent a verification e-mail to rap*******@gmail.com.
Please open the e-mail and click on "Verify Now" button. Then you will be able to continue to use the form normally.
