I've got a form that needs three signatures:
1. Applicant
2. Supervisor
3. Department head
I would assume we'd route these through email notices that a signature is needed, sequentially.
How do I set this up?
Attached pic is of the existing form I'm replacing. -

You can achieve what you are looking for using our Work Flow Widget, allowing each person to sign the form. Below there is a guide on how to get a general approach.
