    When I receive an email from the submission, most of my images don't appear.

    I have multiple "image uploads" on my form, and I want to be able to view them in the emails. I have changed the ID in the email notifications to {IMG:pool1:250:150} and sometimes they appear and sometimes they dont. In JotForm under My Forms, I can see all the images I uploaded, but they just dont appear in my email. Any reason as to why that is? I need this to be reliable.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The problem is related to the field {tags} on the email template.

    You will need to use the right 'poolImage17' tag for your first image upload field.

    And the main problem is caused by highlighted part on some tags -  250:150

    There is a difference between:

    1. {IMG:gateImage92:250:150}

    2. {IMG:gateImage92:250:150}

    First tag is corrupted due to highlighted 250:150 value.

    You will need to make sure that your tags are using plain text (see the second tag example without highlighted text).
