Filling out the blanks of the contract

I am really loving Jotform and I'm so excited to use this free software. The only problem I've encountered is that when I have people fill out the form, the values they've input won't transfer over to the terms and conditions portion. I was wondering, do I have to edit that info myself once the influencer submits the form and then email them the PDF? I want them to be able to download the contract but I don't want them to download a PDF where the terms and conditions are blank. I've attached the link as an example.

It seems you are using the text field to display the terms and conditions. When you use the text field, the user cannot enter any input in the field. May we know how you are trying to populate the fields? 

Also, I would suggest you use the Terms & Condition widget or Short Scrollable Terms widget for the terms.
