How come my contact form doesn't load unless I refresh it?

I love you guys.  Really, I do.  Thanks for the beautiful web apps you have birthed into this otherwise crazy world.

I have a square space site, and for some reason this ONE contact form never loads on the first try.  I have to continually refresh the page when I visit it in order to see the form.  Any ideas?  Thanks all!
