I have a form that i use for ordering purposes, I want to be able to limit the number of submissions on any given day, and also have a delivery time slot but i want to be able to block that so that the client cant select same day or next day delivery is this possible ?

You can use an Inventory widget to list your products. This will enable you to set how many items are available for that day. Once a form is submitted, it will deduct the chosen quantity to the "Inventory" and will only show the remaining items to the next user. It will be grayed out once all items are sold.

You can add as many widgets as possible to represent each different item that you have available for sale. Through the Calculation Widget and Payment Integration, you can connect this widget to your checkout system of choice. I believe this can be achieved by disabling custom dates. Please refer to this guide on How-to-Use-the-Date-Limits-Option.
