Our website is completely running fine. I can view your forms here as well. The problem might be related with your browser. Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies and recheck the site?
If the problem still persist after that, please provide more details about the problem. If you can provide a screenshot that shows the issue, we'd appreciate it.
