I can't seem to replicate the problem here. To my knowledge, this sometimes occurs when there's an interruption with the internet connection or when there's a problem with the conditions/integrations or something similar. However, the system auto-detects it and fixed it right away. Can you please confirm if it's working fine now. I can view your form fine here as well. Clearing your browser's cache will also help.
