    Paid you for secure forms, now they are disabled on my website?

    And how come I have to post to a public forum?  You don't have any support for paying clients?

    If you want to make your form secure, please change the URL of the form in your embed code so that it will start with https:// instead of the normal http:// prefix. It should look something like this:

    I checked yoru form and observed that you're trying to get credit card information without using any of our Payment Tools. While JotForm's secure form will protect and ecrypt your clients' financial data while in transit, once it arrives your submissions page, it is decrypted back into numbers and letters because the submissions page is not designed to handle payment transactions. It is there where your clients' data may be compromised. It is only designed to handle less sensitive data such as name, birthday, email address, etc. 

    For such purposes, we highly recommend using any of our Payment Tools such as Paypal, Google Checkout, among others. These payment gateways provide an additional layer of security for your clients' financial data on top of what JotForm has. They will do all the processing work for you. Paypal in particular has a feature dedicated to accepting monetary donations online.
