How can I create a form where every member of a group can enter information and everyone can see what is being entered?

    Thank you

You can create a form and share the URL with the members. Everyone with the URL can enter the information and submit the form. However, the users cannot see all the submissions of the form.

If you wish, you can make the submission page public so all the users can see all submissions.

It says to click submissions, but when I do, the page turns into a weird
bright green excel sheet?? (Using Christmas Buddy sheet)
Then, it says to click the gear wheel? There is NO gear wheel?
It seems that the instructions are antiquated.
