Can't load form which appears to hang on the welcome page image

I made minor changes to my jotform, and now hangs when loading the welcome page. It appears to hang at the logo image and I cannot proceed with the form for 15 seconds. Finally, the splash image comes up with an error and the form then loads.

This appears to be form-specific: my other forms can and will load properly. I tried to clear the form cache and hard reset chrome but that didn't work. Anyone know what I can do about this?

The link where the image is located is not loading correctly that is why it doesn't load anything.

 Please remove the image and re-upload it again.

I would suggest that you upload the file instead of "Enter URL".
