How can I stop the emails

    I created an application form and sent it to several people so they could fill it out and send it 'in' for review.

    We have finished our project and don't need this any more, but one person said they are still getting emails (every day) asking them to submit their 'form'.

    How can we stop this?

    Can you please share the application form you have created?

    May we know if you have setup the autoresponder email to send on later date?

    here's a link that probably doesn't work any more (I copied it from an old email).I've since deleted the form and maybe that will stop the emails.I did notice that the person in question actually and 3 of the same submission, so I guess he responded to all of them, but then stopped.

    We are unable to see the form you have shared and you do not have any forms in your account.

    Please let us know the email address on which user is still receiving submission emails and we will take a look.

    We will wait for your response.

    I restored your deleted form and removed the scheduled reminder email in your form. Your user should not receive reminder email anymore.
