I tried to update username, company name and email address under Settings but now I am locked out.
I think the reset email went to an email address that is no longer active.
I also need to finish editing settings for my current jotforms and do not want to lose content already created.
*Please send the reset email to my yahoo address. However, the final email address to be updated will be an info@ email address.

May we know which account were you referring to? There is no account associated with the email tiffanydhines@yahoo.com
