Automatically changing the case from lower to upper would only be possible using your form's source code https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form.
You can try the custom script here https://www.jotform.com/answers/308351-How-to-capitalize-all-form-field-entries if you decided to use your form source.
This guide might also help with changing the case in your email notification https://www.jotform.com/help/162-Capitalizing-the-First-Letter-of-Every-Field-Value-on-Email.
If you want it visually displaying all in uppercase, you can try the CSS code below.
input {
text-transform: uppercase !important;
}
Please note that this will use the original case when viewed on email notification. CSS only affects the visual and not the actual input registered in email notification or submission page.
