I have set up a unique question and it is working as expected. But is it possible to manually reset a single submission and have them re-submit the form?

If you are using the Unique Question feature, the only way to allow a user to submit the form again using the same answer is to disable the Unique Question feature or to delete the user's submissions.

Or you can edit the user's submission and update it.

I deleted all submissions. But when I use my pre-filled URL again, I still cannot re-submit.

I see you have also enabled "Unique Submission" and selected Check Cookies Only. You will have to clear cookies to submit again or disable the option:

Disabled the cookie check, removed all cookies, even tried incognito tab... no juice.

But then I noticed something. When deleting an entry from the sheet, in think I saw the deleted row can be recovered with 30 days. What if Unique Question is checking against ALL records, not just the records not yet marked 'deleted'?

Is there any way to purge deleted entries?

I honestly figured this out today only :)

Yes, I tried and looks like deleted submissions are still being fetched by the unique question limit. You have to purge them in this case. To purge, view the Trash and tick Select All then click Delete Forever button, see below screenshot:

Okay, we made one step :) Now another (simple) question: where do I find the trash folder containing deleted submissions?

Unfortunately, there's no trash folder for deleted submissions, also deleted submissions are irreversible.

if you want to restore deleted submission you can refer to the submission emails and to your email history logs.

My apologies for the confusion. It seems that there were recent changes to the new version of submission sheets.

To access the deleted submissions or trash folder, click on the three dots on the Submissions tab to view options, then click on the "trash" tab.

Thank you! That feature is reasonable well hidden, if even the experts have trouble finding it ;)

But this entirely solves my problem, and within just a couple of hrs! Thanks for all involved.
