I keep getting message about verification and I already verified my account

    I keep being asked to verify my email address. I have clicked on the verification email link about 5 times now (including requesting a new one), and I always get the "Verification successful" page, but when I go to MyForms I get the "Please verify" popup and can't do anything else

    I cleared your form cache on our server. I also verified your account on our end. Could you please open your Jotform account again and let us know if the issue still persists?
