Login Fail - Account has been suspended

    Hello,

    I'm writing to inquire about the current status of my account, when I tried logging in it says that my account has been suspended. I'd like to know the reason for the suspension and the steps I can take to prevent this from happening in the future.


    Also, I've input the form code on my website and have activated my e-mail address but it does not seem to function, what should I do?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Our phishing detector system suspended it in error. I have checked your form, and it does not violate our terms of use. Your account has now been reactivated, and your form added to our white-list.
