I'm writing this message on behave of my friend account "Skratea@gmail.com"
After publishing my form for almost 1 month, now the questionnaire my friend created can not access and my customer can not fill the form. I would like to know what's happened to my friend's account and how to fix it?

I did check your form "Course Registration Form" and did not find any issue with that. I was able to access form without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

why it can not be accessed.
