    Hi,

It appears that the reason why some of your visitors get through without filling out the required fields is because Javascript is disabled on their browsers.  Javascript is responsible for blocking incomplete submissions, i.e. when required fields are left empty. There is no remedy to this. What's best to do is to ignore those submissions because, in my opinion, if the visitor is a serious customer, he wouldn't just fill out one or two fields and then hit the Submit button.

Anyway, your website seems to have a <noscript> tag, which automatically displays this image whenever Javascript is disabled on their browser.

You can further customize this error-handling tag to show different messages. To find out more about noscript tags, refer to this page - html noscript

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Regards,

    Neil
