Sorry for Jefrey's incorrect answer. You should not change the URL to jotform.com.
I just checked this URL on Chrom, Firefox and Internet Explorer 9 and did not get an error?
Do you still see this problem? Exactly which browser (type and version) are you using? What kind of error do you get?

Aytekin and Jefreylandicho - thanks for your responses. It does not appear to be erroring any longer. I cannot duplicate the issue to send you an exact error other than what I copied and pasted into the subject of this thread.
Thanks for looking into it - I will pay closer attention next time to the full error and note it in the description.
