I need the USER to be able to EDIT his submission afterward...Asked by Yannick on April 05, 2013 at 09:53 AM
I receive submissions from different users.
I need then a way to allow them to edit THEIR submission (and theirs only) when they need to make some corrections
Can this be done utomatically?
Or manually (I coul dsend them a URL to allow them to edit THEIR record only)
My understanding of the security model is that it is not at record level, right? Either I grant access to the whole database/submission, or not, but not to individual records...?
A work around? Even manual may be ok (few users: 100 or so, 1 submission only by user)
Thanks for help
You can accomplish this by setting up an Autoresponder on your form:
On the Autoresponder e-mail, you can add an edit link. The user can always go to their e-mail and clik on the link in order to edit their submission.
Please give that a try and let us know if it helped!
