No Forms Showing

I put in a "ticket" last week about forms not loading right. I still haven't heard back about that, but now there are no forms showing on my dashboard.

I think the forms were only shared with your account. Since you've changed your account email address, the shared forms were removed from your account because it was linked to your old email address. Please contact the main account and ask them to re-share the forms to your new account email address.
