Dropbox integration and account space

    We are using the forms to provide a place for clients to upload file submissions and are utilizing the Dropbox integration. We received a notification that we are out of space. It appears the files are being somehow saved with our form submissions, too? I can't see a place to deleted the file uploads without clearing out the form submission info. Is there a way to do that?

    Yes, all submission will be saved on JotForm server at the same time along with the rest of the filled form. To delete the file, you must delete the submission that has the file attached on it to clear your cache.
