Need a little help with calculating the costs

On the new Doubles tournament form I need a calculator to add up the costs for people. How do I do that?

I added a Form Calculation widget in your form and added the Cost Section field in the formula so it would calculate all the selected cost options. You can hide the total field if you don't want it to be visible on the live form (right-click > hide).
