theme forms

ok, I have another question. can I take a form that I have already created and published but switch it to have theme background without having to change the form URL?

I would think the answer would be yes but I am not sure how to do that

To clarify, may we know what theme or what changes would you like to make in your form background? Do you want to change the form layout to card form?
