Unable to clone my form.

    I am trying to copy a form from my personal account to a business account by way of the 'Import' process.

    Having copied the URL of my form to the relevant box, I receive an error: 'User can not found'.

    The username (glynw) in the URL you've shared no longer exists that means the URL is already invalid. Try getting the actual form URL in your account https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL.

    Hi Jed,

    thank you....should have thought about that myself. Now having an issue verifying my email so that I can import the form. Jotforms created an account using my GMail account (ashfordpartnership), whereas I created an account with the username ASHPARTAC. 

    I'm trying to delete the 'ashfordpartnership' account, but I can't access the settings. And I keep getting a 'Verify your email' message when trying to create forms using ASHPARTAC.
