Integration with Square is not submitting, stucks on 'please wait'.

I have a form that has been working fine.  However, now the integration with Square is not working.  Once someone enters their credit card information they get the "PLEASE WAIT..." message and it never returns.  I have tested this with my own credit card and I get the same experience.  Could someone please look into this?

Since the form requires an active card, I could not test the form fully. However, when I entered a test card, the form did not show "Please wait". It immediately showed an "Incorrect card" error. That's because, I used a test card.

Please try using this link: https://form.jotform.com/treasurer.area5/2020area5springfestivalregistration

Please check and let us know if you are still facing this issue.

I still have the problem.  I tested with my own credit card.  If I enter an invalid expiration date or cvv, the charge card is declined immediately.  When I enter my real information, it just hangs with the "PLEASE WAIT..." message.  However, if I launch an incognito window in the browser and I access the form, it works.  I asked someone else to do the same thing and if they use an incognito window in Chrome is works.  Any ideas you might have would be welcome.  I cannot ask all my users to run Incognito.

Is the form embedded in a web page? Please share the URL of the web page if this is the case.

If it is being submitted from the direct link, https://cdn.jotfor.ms/treasurer.area5/2020area5springfestivalregistration, please try clearing the forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

The form is not embedded in a web page.  I cleared the forms cache and that did not help.

I cloned your form, and integrated it in sandbox mode, and it submits just fine:

The issue could be related to your browsers cache, please try clearing it or using a different browser. Also, check for any anti-virus extension or browser add-on that could be blocking the form from submitting.

I cloned the form and ran it with an actual credit card and it worked.  Clearing the browser cache may get it to work for me, however, the individuals using the form in the public cannot be expected to take that action before using the form.  This behavior has already been reported by two of my event registrants.  I doubt it is anti-virus extensions causing the problem.  Are you running intermediate server software between your environment and Square?  Do you have logs of the traffic.  I am an IT professional and that is the first thing I would look at.

We would also appreciate if you could open the browsers console report when the issue happens, take a screenshot of it, and share it on this forum thread, so we can include it in this report.
