How can I create a list of items with values displayed?

Hello, 

I am wanting to create a list of items under a multiple choice question. You should be able to select more than one option. But each item should give you a score. I would like this score to display at the bottom of the page.

You can assign a calculation value to each of the options:

Then add a form calculation widget to calculate the value of options selected by the user:
