How to change the email on PayPal submit button

    I changed my email and I think customers are still being directed to the old email when they click submit on my PayPal form.  How do i reconcile this?

    Hi,

    Just to clarify, do you want to change the PayPal email account of your form?

    If yes, please follow this guide:

    1. Open and edit your form.
    2. Select the Payment field.
    3. Click the Payment Settings or Wand icon.
    4. Update the PayPal account.

    Thank you for your response. I do not have PayPal directly integrated, rather when people click SUBMIT it is directed to PayPal. I set this up a LONG time ago, so I am not even sure how the SUBMIT button knows how to go to PP, I even deleted it and readded it so I could reset it up, but it automatically knew I wanted PP. but somewhere along the line, it is being directed to my old email rather than my new one in PP. I have called PP and it seems fine on their end. Thank you, Keena

    I assume that you are referring to this form: 20813869390157. Am I correct?

    If so, you can change the PayPal email as shown below then click the CONTINUE button to save the changes:
