Why am I not received the email from submissions?

    Hello, I have followed the steps above to add a password and selected the PDF for the submission, but I am not receiving the submissions in the email.

    I have checked your account email history and it seems like the emails are sending properly, may you please provide us the form where you're experiencing this issue?

    We will be happy to have  a look on it.
