Old uploaded Images are not accessible.

I upgraded to paid version a while back so that my account could handle all the images being uploaded. I have since downgraded and I get an error message that the images are no longer available. Are they gone or can I upgrade again to access them?

Thank you for contacting us. Your account has reached the upload space limit, so the form is not accepting uploads.

You may upgrade if you want increase the upload space limit to receive new uploads. In regards to the existing submissions in your form, the links to the existing uploads should work fine.

If the links are not working, that is because you need to log in to your account first. You can uncheck this option if you want the links to be accessible without logging:

https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
