    Hello,

I have a jot form built that has 3 pages in 1 form. Is there a way I can embed in my website the url for just page 2 of my form?

It is not clear what you wanted to do here. But if you meant you just want to have page 2,3 shown on the form embedded on the website, then you can just hide all the fields in page 1.

Embedding the form will include the full form. If you do not want to provide access to some elements/parts on your form, you can hide them instead so that users will not see them on the live form.

Hi. What I’m trying to do is this.
I want pages 1-3 for new customers.
I have an area on my website for existing customers that I want to direct them to just pages 2-3.
    Does that make sense ?

Thank you for the clarification and explanation.

In this case, you can use Conditions feature to hide page 1 for existing customers in the form.

Check this user guide : How to Show or Hide Fields Base on User's Answer

You can have an identifier field first on the page 1. You can use the identifier field to determine if its new user or existing user.

Example, you can put a Textbox field question asking for code if existing user -- if code is correct then hide page 1.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and tested to hide the first page by conditions. In order to hide the second page, you may setup a condition as below:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to hide the first page by conditions since atleast one field is required to initiate the condition to skip/hide the page. However, you may display the second page directly using the parameter jumpToPage in the form URL.

What if the existing customers option is initiated at my website ?

If the customer is new, you may send a parameter value to the field on the form as below:

    https://form.jotform.com/93021103720944?customer46=New

Hope this information helps! Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Where do I find that cloned form? I think that page 2 url will work. I just don’t see it in my forms.
    Thanks

    Hi Robert,

Can you please confirm that issue was resolved already?

If you have embedded the form on your website you can add the extension ?jumpToPage=2 in the URL link so that when the form loads it will be on page 2. This is assuming the customer is on the New Customer page on your website.

    Example : https://www.jotform.com/form/50826255324150?jumpToPage=2

Can you please share to us the URL of your website where the form was embedded. We need this information to be able to do proper test.

From what I understand, the URL of the form will not be used in the browser address bar. It was supposed to be embedded on your website. Your users will still be using the URL link to your website.
