Mobile App: How to print users from seeing all the submission data when they fill out the form?

I just recently purchased several ipads for my psychotherapy clinic and downloaded the jotform app.  I want to be able to have clients come early, open up the jotform app and complete the necessary forms while waiting in our lobby.

I noticed that all forms are displayed in boxes and can be easily chosen.  However, from those boxes and if you open the form, all submissions of these forms can be viewed.  This would violate confidentiality.  Is there a way that I can hide other submissions and all other options so they only have access to complete a form?

I would suggest you create a free account and assign the form that needs to be filled to that account. Once you assign the form, users can just open the form and fill it out. By this, the user won't be able to see all the submission data.

Here is the guide to assign the form: https://www.jotform.com/blog/use-jotform-mobile-forms-to-assign-forms/

when the form is completed, I have it being sent to specific therapist’s emails. Will this and other specific things remain the same?
Can you explain a little more as to how the other submissions will not show up as they are added?

Apologize for the confusion, could you please confirm - you wish to prevent users viewing the submissions of different forms or the other submissions of the same form as well?

You can prevent the users from viewing the submissions of other forms by creating a new account and assessing the form to that account.

Once you assign the form, you can ask the user to fill out the form. The will not be able to see other forms in your actual account except the form that you assigned. And all the other features will work fine without any issue. All the emails will be sent to the specific therapist as per your settings.

I must be missing something. Because when I create the other account by inviting them into the jotform by inviting them via email. I am able to see the form that was sent. I completed the form. However, when I complete the form and submit it. When I go back out to the form there is a little icon that says 1 submission. If I click on the submission I get an option to “view submissions”. If I open that, I get everything that was entered into the form.
I don’t quite understand how to make those submissions so that no one can view them.

    Hello Joyce,

Please note that assignees also have access to the submissions on the form that is assigned to them but they will not have access to other forms.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

My initial question is how to avoid someone seeing other submissions. I indicated in my first question that I am a therapist and want to provide an iPad when clients come in. I want to have them open those forms and complete the forms. You say you are Hippa compliant. Many clinics do this now with some type of tablet that they give to clients. I would think there is a way to do this with your services. It would be so unfortunate to have to go to a different company to meet my needs. I would have to do all my forms over again.

Using the mobile form app, we have a feature called KIOSK mode in which your user can only view the form ,fill the form and submit. When the form is submitted, the form returns back to the start to be filled  again.

The Kiosk mode has also a screen lock feature in which a pin is needed before you can logout of Kiosk mode.  This will ensure your form users will not be able to view the submissions in the Form mobile App and exit Kiosk mode.

Screen cast: In my screen cast I'm not using any screen lock however, if screen lock is added with pin, the user can't exit Kiosk mode without using the pin.

Please give it a try and let us know if you have further questions.

Thank you. I think I got this information and have been able to do what I need. But may need additional help, not sure yet.
On another note, I am trying to create a way for our clients to enter information only once such as their name. How can I get some field to auto fill into other fields exactly the same?

    Thank you
    Joyce

I am encountering a problem. I have assigned forms to several people. The emails were received with a password. But when I go to jotform and try to sign in with one of those emails and passwords I get a notice saying invalid password or username. Why and what can I do to fix it?
