Uploaded file fine. I was able to edit that worked but when the form is submitted you can not see all of the text

I have checked your account and I can see that there are 3 forms however, I do not see any submissions for any of the forms. Can you please confirm the form that you are referring to so that we can check and assist you accordingly.
