My form has disappeared, how to restore it?

About three weeks ago I created a survey named “SAFARI Survey”. I had some difficulty making it work in Kiosk mode and your customer support team helped me correct the problem. Yesterday was my first opportunity to use the survey in public in kiosk mode. I administered it to the first person – she answered the questions and hit the submit button. An error message came up immediately saying the survey couldn’t be transmitted because there was no wi-fi connection. The error message stayed up until I went back to the home screen and chose the Jotform app again. This time a blank survey came up without a submit button. There was no way to administer the survey to a second person. The only way I could get back to the Jotform app page was to turn the i-pad off and then on again. After doing that, I returned to the Jotform app and my survey was gone.

I logged into my account from my laptop and now that survey and the other survey that I had in my account are both gone. It says I have no surveys in my account. Can you possibly recover my surveys and can you tell me what might be the problem?

I have been checking your account and it seems like the form has been deleted, you can find it on your trash folder and it can be restored too. This guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

It's possible that the form was accidentally deleted, but as it's on the trash folder it can be recovered.
