Trying to clone a form but it is now working

    Hello,


    I am trying to clone a from our account to one of our clients account using the below instructions:

    Using the following form URL - https://form.jotform.co/92886242778878

    when attempting to clone we are getting this result - https://www.screencast.com/t/qKMLzDItn1G instead of the form we created.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    I cloned the form you provided and it is working fine on my end. Could you please try cloning it again but please use a different internet browser and let us know if the issue still persists?

    Thank you for your response. I have been in touch with David Wilson from your team, and he explained that cloning a from to an enterprise account does not work. The Jotform team would need to move the form I created to the Enterprise server for the cloning process to work.
