    Hey team,

I use a Mac and as browsers Safari and Chrome.

When I open the jotform link it shows bullets next to the fields which shouldn't be there.

After embedding thecode into a WIX website I see a white page.

On other devices it works but I am scared that this will happen to my customers when I launch my wix website.

I cleaned my cache seveal times, it didn't work.

Here is the link to the form:

    Thank you for your help!

You posted the same problem a few weeks ago. The Wix page is no longer working, and it's likely that you moved to the live domain. Would you mind sharing the page link here? We will check this for you.

Have you also tried our other embed methods? The iframe, for example. Please try that and let us know if the issue persists.

    Hey Welvin,

We always use the Iframe method.

    Hello Alicia,

Thank you for the link. I cannot replicate the problem, but if the problem persists to your end, I would suggest trying our recommended method. The method would be to embed it as a site as detailed in the following guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site

I see my colleague suggests this on your other thread. I wonder if you have tried this already.
