    Form won't scroll on mobile devices

    Asked by wjkirby287 on April 05, 2013 at 06:25 PM

    I am using the lightbox feature to display the form which looks really nice on a computer, but with any mobile device the jotform is completely unfunctional. You can't scroll or get out of the form. The dimensions of the lightbox are really small as well. Do you guys have a fix?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately our lightbox form is not that perfect on mobile devices yet. However, this request has been addressed to our dev team already for further enhancement. Since we do not have any updates as of yet, we will try to figure out a possible workaround for this but I can't promise you anything yet. Or maybe my other colleague's will be able to provide you a solution.

    We'll update you later today with our findings. Thank you!

    Hi,

    Try the following workaround, simply inject this media CSS codes to your form.

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 550px){

    .form-all{

    width: 80% !important;

    }

    .form-label-left{float:left;display:inline;}

    }

    This is how it looks on iPhone 5 now.

    I hope this looks similar to your mobile device. Kindly check it afterwards.

    Feel free to update us here. Thank you!
